Company manages a significant annual throughput of around 100,000 TEUs, including both EXIM and coastal cargo. They serve major ports like Nhava Sheva and Mundra, and have a network extending to smaller ports across India.
Key Services Include:
- HIMALAYA EXPRESS: Launched in 1994, this flagship service connects the Indian Sub-Continent to UK and European base ports, with direct routes to Valencia, Rotterdam, Felixstowe, Hamburg, and Antwerp. The service has evolved from a 21-day frequency to a weekly service, specializing in hazardous and over-dimensional cargo.
- IPAK: A slot swap arrangement between SCI and MSC, IPAK serves ports not covered by HIMALAYA. It operates weekly, offering direct routes to Southampton, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Felixstowe, London Gateway, and Le Havre. IPAK is known for handling hazardous and over-dimensional cargo.
- SMILE GULF / COASTAL: This service caters to intra-Middle East trade and coastal volumes from West to South India. It also includes ports such as Jebel Ali, Colombo, and others, with a frequency of every ten days.
